To anyone who knows Cornwall, it shouldn’t come as any surprise that the county has a huge reputation for food and drink. The variety is second to none – and so is the quality – the freshest fish straight from the sea; the tastiest meat and dairy produce from animals that graze our lush hillsides; and the sweetest fruit and veg that benefit from the longest daylight hours and one of the mildest climates in the UK (and, OK, some occasional rain).

Naturally, this fine fresh produce attracts some of the best chefs and artisans, who do amazing things with it, such that the home of clotted cream and real pasties is now home to so much more.
