  • Cooking Cornish Fish, with Neil Haydock

    Friday 18 & Friday 25 March, Friday 1 April 2011. The evening begins at 7.00pm.

    Neil Haydock, Executive Head Chef at Watergate Bay, will be presenting a series of three special demonstrations. Watch Neil as he shows you how to put together delicious dishes using locally caught, lesser known species of fish. Afterwards, enjoy a Spring Feast Menu in The Beach Hut, one of the most spectacular dining destinations in Cornwall.

  • Classic Tasting Dinner with Wines

  • Fresh Flavours and Flow Riding

  • South West Seafood Celebration

    Monday 21March 2011

    Nathan Outlaw and Mitch Tonks are teaming up to cook a six course tasting menu to celebrate south west seafood. The menu will be composed entirely of seafood dishes, apart from dessert.  There will be a live demonstration by Nathan and Mitch and a chance for guests to talk to them at the end.  Guests will leave with a goodie bag filled with contributions from Nathan Outlaw, Mitch Tonks, St Enodoc Hotel, and sponsors of the evening.

  • Cider Evening

  • Spring Tasting Menu and Natural Wine Flight

  • Dinner with the Cornish Duck Company & Wine in Cornwall

  • Foraged Feast and Wild Food Weekend

  • Chocolate and Bubbles Evening

  • A Celebration of Cooking with Cornish Cheese

    Fri 1 April 2011, from 7pm

    In collaboration with new deli, Newlyn Cheese and Charcuterie, Robert is offering a three course meal plus canapés, all involving some of Cornwall’s internationally acclaimed cheeses.  In what will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more, a Cornish cheese maker will be talking to guests about the processes behind creating these well-loved cheeses, and wine-pairing options will be delivered by Ellis Wharton Wines.
